LP3D Medical · Implants and devices

Every device, taken apart piece by piece

An app to present implants, braces, instruments and operating-room equipment to a surgeon, a hospital buyer or a distributor. The device turns, configures and comes apart, and every part leads to its line in the bill of materials.

Nine segments and twenty-one demo systems, from the hip prosthesis to the surgical robotic arm. The products shown are fictitious.

01

Surgical variants

Head sizes, inserts, stems, mobile bearings: the configurator changes the 3D model and the bill of materials follows.

02

Parts linked to 3D

Tap a line and the part lights up on the model. Material, dimensions and origin are on the data sheet.

03

Clickable 2D plans

Each system has a front or side plan. Tapping a zone opens the matching part.

04

Live OR equipment

Monitors, ultrasound, scanner and navigation show demo interfaces, labelled as simulated.

05

Augmented reality

The implant or equipment sits at real scale on a meeting table or in a room.

06

A brochure to leave behind

The configuration shown exports as a sales brochure to leave after the meeting.

LP3D Medical hall

The congress, in the rep’s pocket

A hall inspired by major orthopaedic congresses: aisles, booths by specialty, extras, animated screens. Visitors move with an avatar, open the library and inspect every product.

What the app does not contain

  • No patient data
  • No clinical claims: descriptions come from a demonstration catalogue

The products, dimensions and bills of materials in the demo are illustrative. Delivered versions are built from content the manufacturer has approved.
